How Do I Create a Buddy Group?

Buddy groups can be created by clicking the Buddy group icon.

To create a contact group perform the following steps:

1. Click the Add Group icon.

   The Create Buddy Group dialog box appears.

2. Enter a name in the Group Name text box.

3. Select the check boxes for all the buddies in the list that you want to add in the group.

   You must have at least one buddy in the group.

4. Click OK.

   Whenever you subsequently add buddies, all available groups appear. You can add a buddy to any of the groups you created.
