Can I Chat With a Buddy on Another Network?

Chatting with a buddy on another network is similar to chatting with a buddy on your network.  To chat with a buddy on another network, follow these steps:

1. Ensure you are signed into the external Instant Messaging network of your buddy.
2. Ensure your buddy is showing up as online in Convergence.
