How Do I Delete an External Network from the Convergence UI?

Note - Not all external networks provide an option to delete, or unregister the account through the Convergence UI.

If you no longer want to maintain an external IM account through the Convergence UI, unregister the IM account.

To unregister an external IM network through the Convergence UI, follow these steps:

  1. In the Show/Hide Manage Accounts Dialog in the Instant Messaging menu, click the Add an External IM Account icon.
  2. In the Choose an IM account window, click the external IM account that you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete (you do not need to re-enter your user name and password prior to unregistering your account).
