How Do I Place a Voice or Video Call on Hold?

To place a voice or video call on hold:

1. Click the pause icon to put a call on hold.
2. You can initiate a voice or video call with another buddy after you put the buddy on hold. See: How Do I Initiate Voice Calls? or How Do I Initiate Video Calls?
3. To resume the call, click the resume icon.
