Setting Web Conference Preferences

Use this page to save your web conference account credentials. By saving your credentials, you do not need to provide them when you create or modify a calendar event with a web conference.

To set your web conference preferences:

  1. From the Service Provider list, select the web conference service provider for which you have an account.
  2. In the Username field, enter your web conference account user name.
  3. In the Password field, enter your web conference account password.
  4. Click Save Preferences.

You can save one set of credentials for each available web conference service provider.

To remove an account:

  1. From the Service Provider list, select the web conference service provider account you want to remove.
  2. Select Remove Account.
