Setting Web Conference Preferences
Use this page to save your web conference account credentials. By saving your credentials, you do not need to provide them when you create or modify a calendar event with a web conference.
To set your web conference preferences:
- From the Service Provider list, select the web conference service provider for which you have an account.
- In the Username field, enter your web conference account user name.
- In the Password field, enter your web conference account password.
- Click Save Preferences.
You can save one set of credentials for each available web conference service provider.
To remove an account:
- From the Service Provider list, select the web conference service provider account you want to remove.
- Select Remove Account.
