How Do I Log into My Facebook Account through Convergence?

Note - The following steps assume you already have a Facebook account. If you do not have a Facebook account and want to set one up through Convergence, see: I don't have a Facebook account. Can I set one up through Convergence?

To log into your Facebook account, follow these steps:

  1. Select Social on the left navigation panel, which displays the Social Tab on the right panel.

  2. Click the f Facebook icon on the left navigation panel.

  3. Click Login to Facebook on the right panel. A small window titled Facebook login appears.

  4. Enter the email address and password you use to access your Facebook account. Click Login.

When using Internet Explorer as your browser to log in to Facebook, the Protected Mode option must be enabled for both the Internet and Local Internet zones.

To set this option:

  1. In Internet Explorer, select Internet options from the Tools menu.

  2. Click the Security tab.

  3. Highlight the Internet zone.

  4. Click the Enable Protected Mode check box.

  5. Highlight the Local Intranet zone.

  6. Click the Enable Protected Mode check box.

  7. Click OK.

You must restart Internet Explorer for these changes to take effect.
